The new and improved Fat Otter website will be rolled out next month. My apologies to those who are waiting for Fall Sprint information. It will be posted upon the launch of the new site.
What's changing: 1. Team site will be integrated 2. Racer specific blogs 3. Better event viewing and registration process 4. Registered team profile and blog 5. More...
We're excited for this change as it will allow us to better serve the Adventure Racing community at large. Again, thank you for your patience during this transition. |

It's obvious that there is an enormous interest in the 2010 2-3 day race that we're calling the Fat Otter Raid. A tentative date of May 20th-23rd has been selected. Registration will open January 1st for the elite (4-person coed) division, and February 1st for open (everything else) division. We will be limiting the field to the first 120 people. The race will be unsupported and all watercraft will be provided.
That's all I got for now, it's going to be epic! |

Like everything else right now, Adventure Racing is also feeling the effects of the sluggish economy. Big name races like the MIX and Primal Quest who usually sell out have a lot of space open and will likely struggle to make a profit.
