A basic first aid kit is fine. I suggest at the very least that it contain an ace bandage, pain killers, bandages, medical tape, and anti-inflamatories. It is possible that the gear list will be updated prior to the event with more specifics. In that case, the requirements as specified in the gear list take precedence over this post.
